Not every Project Engineer role puts you on a ground-up build from day one. This one does.

Renewyx is working with one of the Bay Area's most established multifamily general contractors on a Project Engineer hire for a ground-up build in Mountain View. You'll be on the ground floor of the project, working closely with the project team on submittals, RFIs, and day-to-day subcontractor coordination as the job takes shape.

What this looks like in 90 days:

You know the site and the sub base, you're running submittals and RFIs without needing to be told twice, and the project team is leaning on you to keep the job moving.

What you'll bring:

• 2 to 5+ years as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer on multifamily or commercial construction projects
• Comfortable with submittals, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination
• Working knowledge of standard project management and scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• The drive to grow with the business as the project and the team scales

• Location: Mountain View, CA (on-site)
• Salary: $100,000 to $120,000
