Project Manager – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses
EXPERIENCED KITCHEN & BATH REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER WANTED
Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling is looking for an experienced residential remodeling Project Manager who knows kitchens and bathrooms inside and out.
If you have successfully managed kitchen and bath remodels from demo through final walkthrough, know the trades, can manage subs and schedules, and know how to keep homeowners happy while keeping a project moving — we want to talk to you.
This is NOT a desk-only PM position. You need real residential remodeling experience and the construction knowledge to recognize problems, make decisions in the field, and jump in when necessary.
Our projects include kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Run kitchen and bathroom remodels through all phases of construction
- Build and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house trades
- Communicate with homeowners regularly and provide project updates
- Review plans, scopes, selections, bids, and specifications
- Participate in pre-construction, design, and estimating meetings
- Monitor quality and workmanship throughout construction
- Coordinate inspections
- Review subcontractor bids and prepare change orders
- Order and coordinate materials
- Maintain schedules, daily logs, to-dos, and project information in Buildertrend
- Keep projects moving on time and on budget
- Anticipate problems and find solutions before they become delays

- Strong kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience REQUIRED
- 10+ years of custom residential remodeling/renovation experience preferred
- 5+ years of residential construction project management or supervisory experience preferred

We're an established San Diego design-build remodeling company, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, takes ownership of their projects, and wants to be part of a strong team.
