Your Responsibilities as a Leade

• r:Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property through lease-up and stabilization, including office, leasing, maintenance, and concierge function
• s.Create, manage, and present budgets, monthly asset reports, and variance reports directly to Asset Managemen
• t.Hire, train, and develop the on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and concierge, building a best-in-class service culture from the ground u
• p.Partner with revenue management and leasing leadership on pricing strategy, target markets, and lease-up velocit
• y.Own resident relations and the full resident experience, ensuring five-star hospitality standards and brand presentation at all time
• s.Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and federal, state, and local requirements at the site leve
