  • entsDevelop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee the completion of CAM reconciliations, and ensure smooth recovery pro
  • cessBid, negotiate, and manage conformity with vendor contracts in accordance with C&W’s contract requirements or client requirem
  • entsAccurately abstract all property leases in lease administration soft
  • wareMaintain interface with third-party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely repor
  • tingCoordinate and oversee on behalf of client, all tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of all construction work at prop

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience




and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than mini




mum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is:









$ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
