We believe experienced agents shouldn’t have to choose between independence and support. About the Role
As an experienced Real Estate Agent, you’ll leverage your existing relationships and sphere of influence to build and expand a profitable referral-based business.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing relationships and sphere of influence
- Build and expand a profitable referral-based business
- Represent buyers and sellers with a high level of professionalism
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Strengthen your personal brand and market presence
- Develop long-term client relationships that produce repeat and referral business
- Take advantage of technology, AI, and systems to create greater efficiency and scale
Qualifications
- Experienced in residential real estate
Required Skills
- Proven relationship builders and communicators
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Focused on client service and long-term relationships
- Interested in increasing their production and/or profitability
- Open to leveraging technology and modern business systems
- Looking for more than simply a place to hang their license

Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor | Commission-based
- $120,000 - $500,000/year - uncapped earning potential
