Real Estate Showing Partner - Earn While You Learn

THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity. You will be the personal Showing Partner for Megan Blackwell, lead agent of the The Boss Standard at Amen Real Estate and Real Broker. Megan closes over $25 million in sales per year, and in this role you will work directly alongside her — learning how a top producer operates, serving her clients, and receiving personal mentoring from day one.

Think of it like the nurse working alongside the doctor. You are not on your own. You work alongside Megan learning every step of the transaction process while earning commission on real deals with real clients.

This is the perfect role for a licensed agent who wants to:

- Start earning immediately without the pressure of building a book of business from scratch

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Show homes to Megan's buyer clients and build genuine relationships along the way

- Attend buyer consultations, inspections, and final walkthroughs

- Proactively house hunt for clients and maintain communication throughout the process

- Work leads from our team pond (Zillow, Redfin, and Select/Pro Blast leads) and your own sphere of influence

- Participate in daily team Power Hour calling leads from the team pond

- Update CRM and Pipeline Sheet consistently on every transaction

- Shadow and learn every step of the transaction, from first contact through close

- Attend team training Monday through Friday, 8:45am to 12:30pm

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

We do not just hand you a license and wish you luck. Over the course of the program you will master:

- The Amen 4 Step System from first contact to close

- How to conduct buyer consultations, run showings, and manage client expectations

- How to write and negotiate purchase offers and repair requests

- How to lead inspection walks and interpret reports for your clients

- The full Amen tech stack including Kee Technologies and CRM pipeline management

- How to generate your own business through the team pond and your sphere of influence

HOW YOU GROW

This is not a role where you stay stuck. Your responsibilities expand as you hit transaction milestones:

- Milestone 1 (5 inspections + 5 repair requests) - You lead inspection walks independently and draft repair request recommendations

- Milestone 2 (10 purchase agreements) - You prepare purchase offers for Associate Agent review

- Milestone 3 (6 self-generated sales) - You have proven you can generate and close your own business

Upon completing 30 to 40 closed transactions and demonstrating full competency, you graduate to Level 2 of our 5-Level Path to Freedom - Business Operator in Training - skipping the solo grind that most new agents face.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based role with real earning potential from day one. Year one agents on our team can expect to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 depending on effort, availability, and commitment to the program.
