Regional Human Resources Manager
Location: Irvine, CA — full-time
Compensation: $135,000–$170,000 base (DOE) + bonus
Join a people-first organization as a Regional Human Resources Manager, leading 5 HR Business Partners supporting multiple locations and thousands of employees across multiple states. You’ll partner with operational leaders to navigate complex employee-relations matters, coach and develop talent, lead key HR initiatives, and turn workforce insights into practical decisions that strengthen the employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop five HR Business Partners
- Manage complex employee-relations matters and guide fair, compliant outcomes
- Partner with operational leaders on performance, development, and workforce strategy
- Ensure consistent HR practices across multiple regions and departments
- Lead engagement, compliance, and organizational-change initiatives
- Analyze turnover and engagement trends and translate findings into action
- Navigate sensitive situations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience required
- Multi-state HR experience required
- Experience supporting a high-volume, multi state location hourly workforce required
- Experience with associates up to key executives required
- QSR, restaurant, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong employee-relations, employment-law, and leadership-coaching experience
- Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with strong business judgment
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operational support

Note: The role begins in Irvine and in ~2029 will transition to Baldwin Park.
