Salary: $140,000 - $200,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with 7+ years of electrical project management experience to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and field operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, project specifications, estimates, and work proposals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Track project costs, prepare status reports, and present progress updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor and support Assistant Account Executives and contribute to the development of the project management team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction or electrical contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and project execution.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes from inception through completion.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software, including Accubid and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA safety requirements, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar credentials are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
