Senior Enterprise AI Solution Architect – Director Level

Location: Parsippany, NJ – Hybrid: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a senior AI architecture leader to define and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions across a global organization. This highly visible role will shape the AI strategy while partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise AI strategy, roadmaps, reference architectures, standards, and operating models

• Architect secure and scalable GenAI, Agentic AI, multi-agent, RAG, semantic search, conversational AI, Voice AI, and intelligent automation solutions

• Lead AI platform selection, architecture governance, integrations, proofs of concept, and transformation programs

• Establish Responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, risk, and compliance controls

• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, ITSM, ERP, monitoring, automation, and cloud platforms

• Evaluate AI models and vendors based on performance, cost, scalability, security, and business value

Requirements:

• 18+ years of IT experience, including 12+ years in enterprise/solution architecture and 5+ years in AI, ML, GenAI, or data platforms

• Expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, AKS, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LLMOps/MLOps, vector databases, and knowledge graphs

• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Python, APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Azure DevOps

• Strong executive communication, transformation leadership, and AI governance experience

• TOGAF, AI/Data, or cloud architecture certifications preferred
