Location: onsite 2 days a week Parsippany, NJ (remote 3 days a week)

The Core Objective: This role serves as the strategic bridge between IT and the U.S. Commercial Pharma business. The architect will translate complex commercial goals into a scalable, compliant, multi-year technology roadmap and capability map.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead IT portfolio management for the US Commercial division, acting as the primary technology partner to business leaders.
Architecture & Governance: Define, maintain, and enforce reference architectures, target states, and roadmaps for the commercial domain.
Digital Transformation: Guide investments and high-impact initiatives across CRM, data management, omnichannel engagement, and advanced analytics.
Compliance: Ensure all technology solutions adhere to strict pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years in enterprise or domain architecture.
Industry Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in U.S. commercial pharma (e.g., field sales, market access, patient support, incentive compensation).
Tech Stack: Practical experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, customer master data, and modern ecosystems (cloud, AI, big data).
Soft Skills:
High-level executive credibility, strong analytical problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in TOGAF, Cloud architecture, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with emerging tech trends like Agentic AI and GenAI.
