Senior Product Manager - W2 Only

Overview:

Seeking a senior Agile Product Manager to serve as the voice of the customer and own product direction for an Agile Release Train (ART).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize system features, scope, and product backlog.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ART.
• Partner with Agile teams and stakeholders to validate features and support delivery.
• Identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate across portfolio teams and organizations.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical/product expertise to senior leadership.

Must-Have:

• Agile Product Management / Product Owner experience.
• Strong SAFe / ART experience.
• Product vision, roadmap, features, and backlog ownership.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ability to handle complex enterprise-level initiatives.
