This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished delivery leader who can oversee complex project portfolios, develop high-performing teams, and drive predictable outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction. Working remotely with up to 25-50% travel, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted executive-level resource for customers and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of complex engineering, automation, and control systems projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers to promote consistent, high-quality execution.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical project risks, issues, scope changes, and customer concerns.
• Review and approve project forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, financial projections, and margin performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of project execution, contracts, commercial performance, risk management, and change control.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business development teams on resource planning, staffing forecasts, and delivery strategy.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with customers, general contractors, and key project partners.
• Champion safety, quality, project governance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 15+ years of project or program delivery experience in industrial, technical, engineering, or automation environments.
• Proven success leading complex project portfolios and high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, and gross margin management.
• Experience managing project risk, contracts, scope, change control, and commercial performance.
• Deep knowledge of control systems and industrial project environments, including mission-critical applications.
• Exceptional executive leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and deliver predictable project outcomes.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and disciplined execution.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25-50% within the United States.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential.
• Experience supporting data center, oil and gas, manufacturing, energy, or other mission-critical projects.
• Background in control systems integration, industrial automation, or engineering services.
• Experience supporting business development, customer relationship growth, or pursuit activities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, project governance standards, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing project management capabilities, training teams, or establishing delivery best practices.
