Senior Project Manager

We’re partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned General Contractor in the South Bay that specializes in complex lab, cleanroom and technical tenant improvement projects for leading technology and life science clients throughout the Bay Area.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who can join the leadership team and take ownership of major technical projects, while having the opportunity to grow into an even broader leadership role.

The Opportunity

• Lead complex $1M–$20M+ lab, cleanroom and technical TI projects.
• Manage 1–3 projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with sophisticated private-sector technology and life science clients.
• Partner closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and design teams.
• Play a key role in the continued growth and development of the project management team.
• Potential to progress into a broader Project Executive / Leadership position.

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong background with labs, cleanrooms, technical TI or similarly complex projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• A desire to take on greater responsibility and grow into leadership.
• Procore Experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000–$250,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 10–20% bonus potential
• Additional project bonus opportunities
