Salary: $120,000-$150,000

Overview:

Join a stable, well-established, well-respected public REIT! We are hiring a Senior Property Manager to oversee a premier New York City portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial mixed-use assets.

This is a newly created position due to continued portfolio growth and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while helping drive asset performance across some of NYC's most desirable properties. This is an owner-operated portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial and operational performance of a diverse NYC real estate portfolio.
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor property performance including leasing activity, budgets, forecasts, capital projects, and NOI growth.
• Partner with third-party property management teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze investment performance and make recommendations regarding revenue enhancement, expense control, and long-term asset strategy.
• Review operating reports, rent rolls, financial statements, and annual budgets.
• Coordinate with leasing, construction, accounting, and executive leadership teams.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing efforts, and major capital projects when applicable.
• Conduct site visits across the NYC portfolio and maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of progressive commercial property or asset management experience
• Experience with NYC Condos/Co-ops
• Experience with commercial retail or office assets
• Knowledge of NYC regulatory requirements, including DOB, FDNY, LPC, local laws, and compliance software.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
