Looking for an opportunity to work for a Class A property with a high focus on tenant services and engagement? Love the downtown environment and want to work at a premier property? THIS is the job for you!! This position will oversee approximately 400,000 square feet of space downtown, and an additional life science building in the San Diego area. Both buildings offer multiple amenities, event space, outdoor activities spaces, outdoor eating/vendor spaces and much more. Company covers large portion of health care, great coverage for dependents, 401K and matching, generous bonus, and much more! Several opportunities are available to be involved in the community and participate in team building events and company functions. Company specializes in managing all types of commercial properties and providing an elevated tenant experience. Position will have a Property Administrator to provide support, and work with an engineering partner.
What will I be doing?
- Acting as a liaison between Ownership and Tenants
- Interfacing with current and prospective tenants
- Troubleshooting any property issues or concerns
- Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders
- Managing tenant improvements and CapX projects
- Developing and managing budget
- Analyzing budget and explaining variances
- Communicating with ownership and team members in ownership
- Preparing CAM's
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties
- Analyzing financials and presenting to Ownership
- Preparing financial analysis reporting
- Tracking lease agreements and termination dates
- Processing renewals
- Managing vendor relations
- Mentoring a Property Administrator

What are the requirements?
- 8+ years working as a commercial Property Manager/Sr. Property Manager
- BA or BS Required
- Experience with office and industrial space ideal
- Strong working financial knowledge
- CA RE License - either current or in process of obtaining
