Senior Superintendent

Booth Electric is seeking a Civil Superintendent / Civil Division Lead to help build and lead our growing civil construction operation.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced civil construction professional who wants more than just another superintendent role. You'll serve as Booth Electric's civil construction expert, overseeing civil subcontractors on EV charging, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects while helping establish the systems, standards, and processes that will shape the future of our Civil Division.

Responsibilities:

• Manage civil subcontractor performance, quality, safety, and schedules

• Review proposals, scopes, pricing, and constructability

• Conduct site visits and field coordination meetings

• Support preconstruction, estimating, and project planning

• Develop civil construction standards and best practices

• Help identify and implement opportunities for self-performed civil work

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of civil construction experience

• Superintendent or similar field leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, paving, and site development

• Ability to lead projects, subcontractors, and field operations

• PM or estimating experience is a plus
