Senior Superintendent - High Rise Construction

This residential and commercial construction management firm have overseen a range of high-rise projects throughout the boroughs.

They are currently looking for a Lead Superintendent for a 60-story residential development in Downtown Manhattan.

They are looking for an experienced, proactive and diligent Super circa 20+ years’ experience and, more importantly, 1-2 high-rise (30+ stories) projects that they have run as the lead. A DOB License is a pre-requisite for the position.

This is a unique project for the current real estate market - a high-end supertall on the Manhattan waterfront, reflecting this CM's growing position in the industry.

With additional projects starting this year, they are a stable firm who can offer a generous salary for the right individual.
