Superintendent required for Dual‑Tower Residential Development – San Jose, CA
Your new company
Our client is a top-tier Developer‑Builder known for delivering complex multifamily and mixed-use developments across the West Coast. With a major dual‑tower project underway, they are expanding their site leadership team and require a Senior Superintendent to oversee framing to Interiors + MEPs.
Your new role
As the Senior Superintendent, you will take ownership of the project from framing through interiors, including full MEP coordination. You will play a critical role in driving the build forward, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project schedule and quality.
Key responsibilities include
- Overseeing structural progression into interior phases
- Managing MEP coordination and sequencing
- Driving subcontractor performance and site logistics
- Maintaining safety, quality, and schedule targets
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years with a General Contractor or Developer Builder
- Experience taking projects from structure through completion
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Background in multifamily, mixed-use, or mid-/high-rise construction
- Leadership experience managing field teams
