Hithium Energy Storage Technology USA Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Americas team. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across North America and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to bring in the talent that supports our continued growth in the battery energy storage space. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who wants ownership over their pipelines and the chance to build hiring processes in a fast-scaling renewable energy company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across North America and Latin America, from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies for technical, sales, and operations positions
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry networking, with a focus on renewable energy and cleantech talent pools
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system, keeping pipelines organized and up to date
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Support employer branding efforts to position Hithium as a destination employer in the renewable energy industry
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion, and report on hiring progress
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions and interview guides in partnership with hiring managers and HR
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws across North America and Latin America, as well as EEOC guidelines
  • Support additional HR and onboarding projects as needed given the size of the Americas HR team


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple functions and locations
  • Experience recruiting within the renewable energy, cleantech, or broader energy industry
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other candidate databases
  • Experience managing an applicant tracking system and maintaining clean, accurate recruiting data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work directly with hiring managers and candidates at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
  • Working knowledge of North American employment and EEOC compliance as it relates to hiring


Desired Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with hiring across North America and Latin America
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in manufacturing, energy storage, or engineering-heavy industries
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
