Position Summary

The Vice President of Platform Operations will lead the development and execution of the company’s operational infrastructure, creating scalable processes, systems, and cross-functional workflows that support continued growth.


Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will partner across Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Technology, and other corporate functions to improve execution, drive accountability, and establish operational best practices throughout the organization.


This role is ideal for an executive who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution and enjoys building organizations designed for long-term scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy to support rapid organizational growth.
  • Design and implement scalable business processes across multiple corporate functions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
  • Build operating rhythms, performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
  • Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and vendors while identifying opportunities for consolidation and optimization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.
  • Create standardized operating procedures and playbooks that enable consistency across the organization.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through data, technology, and operational best practices.
  • Oversee implementation of new systems and operational tools that improve visibility and scalability.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution.
  • Lead change management initiatives as the organization evolves and grows.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, operational strategy, and execution priorities.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within a high-growth, multi-location, or service-based organization. A focus in Multifamily Property Operations is preferred.
  • Experience scaling operations in an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional business operations and implementing organizational improvements.
  • Strong background in process improvement, project management, organizational design, and operational execution.
  • Experience overseeing or partnering with functions such as Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Operations, or Shared Services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a bias toward action.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience within property management, real estate, multifamily housing, hospitality, or related industries.
