Yard Operations Manager — Rialto, CA

• We need an experienced operations leader for a busy construction equipment yard.
• You need 5 or more years of experience in a heavy equipment rental or construction services equipment branch and/or rental yard.
• This yard manages scaffolding, mast climbers, rope access equipment, and concrete forming and shoring gear.
• This equipment supports major job sites: stadiums, hospitals, and power plants.

Benefits: The pay is up to $130,000 base salary plus an annual bonus.

Job Duties:

• You receive incoming equipment.
• You inspect returned equipment for damage.
• You repair damaged equipment or route it for repair.
• You stage equipment for outgoing orders.
• You load and unload trucks.
• You keep the yard clean and organized.

Job Responsibilities:

• You manage all yard operations.
• You track equipment availability at all times.
• You coordinate equipment transfers between branches.
• You maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
• You lead a crew of 10 to 12 full-time employees, plus temporary labor.
• You train and schedule the crew. You enforce safety rules in the yard.
