What You'll Be Doing:

• Process, review, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements
• Support weekly check runs and payment processing
• Research and resolve vendor and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation
• Partner with field teams and internal departments to gather required information
• Manage data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
• Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
