Senior Personal Injury Attorney
Opportunity Summary
Mission Recruiting is representing a confidential plaintiff personal injury practice seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney in Beverly Hills, California.
This primarily in-office opportunity offers a $150,000–$275,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. The attorney will handle sophisticated personal injury litigation involving serious injury matters from inception through settlement or trial.
This position is designed for an experienced plaintiff-side litigator who wants meaningful case ownership, direct client interaction, settlement responsibility, and substantive courtroom and trial involvement while working alongside an experienced legal team.
Compensation
- $150,000–$275,000 base salary, depending on experience

Location & Work Arrangement
Beverly Hills, California
Primarily in-office
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
About the Opportunity
Mission Recruiting's client maintains a plaintiff personal injury litigation practice handling serious injury matters from initial investigation through resolution.
The Senior Personal Injury Attorney will take substantive ownership of cases, including liability and damages analysis, medical record review, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
The position combines independent case responsibility with collaboration among attorneys and litigation support professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases throughout the litigation lifecycle
- Investigate liability, damages, and supporting evidence
- Review and analyze medical records and treatment
- Develop litigation and case strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding strategy and case progress
- Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
- Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and argue motions
- Prepare cases for mediation and arbitration
- Prepare matters for trial
- Participate in trials based on experience and case needs
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff
- Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Perform additional operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned
Recommended Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Experience independently managing litigated personal injury matters
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Professional and collaborative working style

- First-chair trial experience
- Second-chair trial experience
- Significant trial preparation experience
- Deposition experience
- Motion argument experience
- Mediation and arbitration experience
- Experience handling serious injury matters through settlement or trial
