General Manager / Business Unit Leader | San Diego, CA | Commercial Construction

We're seeking a General Manager / Business Unit Leader to lead an established specialty contractor serving commercial clients throughout Southern California.

Supported by an experienced leadership team and a well-established operating platform, the company offers an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of an established business while having a direct role in its continued expansion.

This is more than a traditional operations position. As the business leader, you'll have full responsibility for the branch's financial performance while overseeing sales, operations, project execution and team development. You'll work closely with executive leadership on business strategy, client relationships, market development and the decisions that drive profitable performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility or business unit management.
• Proven success growing a business while improving operational performance and profitability.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for leadership, accountability and sound business judgment.
• Bachelor's Degree

Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $320,000, with bonus potential tied to business performance, comprehensive benefits and additional executive compensation opportunities.
