A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking the Executive Event Coordinator to join their Executive Operations team to helps manage the logistics and operations of executive corporate travel and events. We are looking for an Advance Associate to handle the executive trip planning and execution for various members of the Executive Team.
This includes the coordination of relevant partners throughout our client, as well as relationship management with external partners throughout the process. This role will be tasked with high-touch principal management and staffing and will provide Support for daily team operations. Vital qualifications include meaningful experience leading high-level principals and the ability to solve problems in fast-paced situations. The individual will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. International travel experience is useful as it is a substantial component of the position.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate executive travel, events, and logistics.
- Manage executive schedules and provide on-site travel support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Support executive meetings, studio tapings, and corporate events.
- Resolve issues proactively while ensuring a seamless executive experience.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Executive Operations team.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive logistics, travel, or event management.
- Experience supporting senior executives or high-level principals.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to manage confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- International travel coordination experience.
- Background in corporate communications, executive operations, or event management.
- Familiarity with executive scheduling and travel management tools.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree
Type: Contract (W2)
Duration: 4 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)
Pay range: $40.00-$55.00/hr (DOE)
