Inside Sales Representative

We're hiring a remote Inside Sales Agent for The Nathan Clark Team — Rhode Island's #1 real estate team for 16+ years, with 6,000+ homes sold.

This is a phone closer role. We hand you warm leads (50% making a move within 6 months) and you book them with our licensed agents. 200 dials/day. Real estate license not required.

Compensation: $52K base + commission. OTE $70K–$100K+. Top performers clear six figures.

Comp structure:

• $52K base as weekly draw against commission

• 8 appointments/week showing = standard

• $100 bonus per appointment over 8

• 5% on closed deals

Remote, U.S. only. Eastern Time business hours. RI-based candidates preferred but not required.
