Manufacturing Operations

We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive productivity, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and production team members.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, downtime, scrap, and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to optimize operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and workforce planning.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, inventory management, and equipment uptime.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation: $125,000
