In this role, you will oversee high-speed bottling and filling production lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Lead and coordinate all aspects of production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Line Management: Oversee high-speed bottling and filling production lines, ensuring smooth operation of plastic or glass container workflows.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, manage, and organize production staff, providing clear directions, support, and motivation to foster a high-performance environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace and ensure compliance with industry quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and refine manufacturing processes.
• Data & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data for process improvements, and report on production metrics regularly.
• Operations Management: Manage inventory levels, raw materials, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to keep the manufacturing process agile.
• Problem Solving: Schedule routine activities, delegate tasks, and quickly resolve any unexpected situations that threaten to slow down the workflow.

Experience & Qualifications

• Industry Background: Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a high-speed bottling and filling environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, dairy, or beverage industries is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-speed filling production planning, quality control, safety standards, and process optimization for glass or plastic bottling.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams, delegate effectively, and foster collaboration.
• Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools.
• Communication & Adaptability: Ability to communicate clearly across departments, resolve conflicts effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a related manufacturing management role.
• 5 years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and bottling/filling production lines.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have direct experience with plastic or glass filling and bottling.
• Must have experience within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, dairy, or beverage manufacturing plants.
