Join a nationally recognized owner, developer, and operator specializing in medical office and healthcare real estate. With a portfolio spanning key healthcare markets across the United States, this organization is known for delivering exceptional tenant experiences, maintaining best-in-class assets, and fostering long-term relationships with leading healthcare providers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Medical Office Property Manager to oversee a flagship 200,000 SF medical office asset in Santa Monica, CA.


Your New Role

As the Medical Office Property Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for a high-profile medical office building, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a 200,000 SF Class A medical office property
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare groups, and medical tenants
  • Oversee vendors, maintenance programs, security, janitorial services, and capital projects
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations
  • Drive tenant retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
  • Partner with asset management and ownership teams to execute business plans and maximize asset performance
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-related operational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate tenant improvements, lease administration, and property inspections


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience, ideally within medical office, healthcare, office, or mixed-use assets
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and tenant relations
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects
  • Knowledge of commercial leases and building operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating with ownership and leadership teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CPM, RPA, or similar industry designation is a plus
