Renewyx have partnered with a well-established general contractor delivering commercial construction projects across Silicon Valley to bring on a Senior Field Engineer

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

This role sits between project and field, interpreting drawings, coordinating subcontractors, running site safety, producing quality checklists, and reporting daily production directly to the Superintendent. The work spans commercial projects delivered self-perform with a union workforce, offering genuine site responsibility and visibility with senior leadership.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶n𝗴:

• Several years of experience as a Field Engineer in commercial construction, working closely with a Project Manager or Superintendent

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discip

line

• Working proficiency with scheduling and project management platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, or Primavera

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Prior exposure to a self-perform or unionized labor environment

• OSHA 30 certification

• Experience on healthcare, technology, or life sciences projects

• A clear ambition to progress into a Superintendentrole
