Senior Project Engineer - Multifamily Podium

Your New Company

Our client a leading West Coast Developer‑Builder is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team on a major new residential development in Santa Clara, CA. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early on a large-scale build, delivering two podium apartment buildings with over 500 new homes and parking for nearly 800 vehicles. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle while working alongside a high-performing and collaborative team.

Your new role

As the Senior Project Engineer you will support a high-performing team of Project Managers and Superintendents on a ground-up, high-profile build, getting hands-on experience in:

• RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Scheduling + procurement support
• Field coordination and daily site operations
• QA/QC and inspections

What you will need to succeed

• 2–4 years’ construction experience with a General Contractor, Developer-builder, or specialty contractor)
• Exposure to multifamily, podium, high-rise or commercial (internships count)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Strong communicator, proactive, detail-oriented
• Procore, Bluebeam experience a plus
