🚨 NEW OPPORTUNITY - HIRING 2 ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENTS 🚨
A leading LA multifamily developer is moving full speed ahead on a newly acquired 170-acre master planned community in Santa Maria. Following the groundbreaking of Phase 1, the team is looking to add two Assistant Superintendents to support the delivery of approximately 300 garden-style, 3-storey, slab-on-grade apartment units.
Candidates can come from a multifamily background or a production/single-family tract home construction background and be looking to step into a large-scale multifamily development environment.
💰 Salary of $115/125,000
