You are across your section of the site, the subs respect you, and the Superintendent trusts your read.

What you'll bring:

• DSA experience from K-12, community college, or residential construction
• Large ground-up commercial project experience
• Strong field presence and the instincts to back it up
• California-based, ideally San Diego

Nice to have:

• P6 scheduling software
• OSHA 30
• 4-year college degree

The package:

• Location: San Diego, CA (on-site)
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
• Benefits: Above-market package (100% health, dental, vision, car allowance, yearly bonus +

• Uncapped career progression

Strong Second Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers with the right profile will also be considered.
