Full job description
I'm partnering with a growing multi-entity organization seeking a Director of Finance to lead FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across multiple business units. This is a highly visible role that collaborates closely with ownership, executive leadership, operations, and accounting to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance
Key Qualifications:
- 7 years of accounting/finance experience with strong FP&A and analytics experience
- Prior leadership or management experience
- Experience with project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, or profitability analysis preferred
- Strong financial modeling, reporting, KPI, and dashboard development skills
- Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
