Regional Property Manager

We're looking for a experienced and professional Regional Property Manager to lead a team and portfolio of commercial assets. The company provides good benefits and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management team and mid‑sized portfolio of retail assets
• Oversee physical assets and direct operational activities with property managers
• Develop strategic asset and financial plans; manage budgets, rent rolls, CAMs, and operating expenses
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to improve efficiency
• Maintain strong tenant relationships; support lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations
• Supervise property maintenance, vendor transitions, and capital improvement projects
• Drive leasing efforts, identify new tenants, and optimize occupancy
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal matters related to operations
• Produce financial and performance reports; recommend strategies to enhance asset value
• Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and emergency response procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of commercial real estate and asset management experience (shopping centers preferred)
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and lease negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, compliance, and property operations
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management abilities
