Senior Construction Superintendent

This residential and commercial construction management firm have overseen a range of high-rise projects throughout the boroughs and now into Westchester.

They are currently looking for a Lead Superintendent for a 28-story, 400-unit, 500,000sf residential development in New Rochelle.

They are looking for an experienced, proactive and diligent Super with circa 20+ years’ experience and, more importantly, 1-2 x 20+ story projects that they have run as the lead. A DOB License is a preferred but not required.

With additional projects starting this year, they are a stable firm who can offer a generous salary for the right individual.
