Location: Great Neck, NY (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000

A privately held, Long Island-based, Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm owning and managing over 57 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the United States is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our growing team

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of Commercial Properties
• Manage and support onsite property staff who assist in coordinating all repairs and maintenance needs
• Manage existing contractor relationships and solicit new contractors on an ongoing basis
• Oversee all phases of projects from the bidding stage through completion
• Ensure that all routine and contracted services have been provided adequately to all Commercial Properties
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributes
• Handle incoming tenant queries and triage efficiently
• Work closely and communicate effectively with internal management and onsite property staff
• Take a hands-on approach when working with team members in specific aspects of Commercial Property maintenance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate property management or related experience
• Basic knowledge of all building systems and repairs
• Customer service-focused
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
